These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "The Subscriber System" (the "Product"), a digital course sold by Nylands Media Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), of C/O MBS Accountants, Conway House, Worcester Street, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, GL1 3AJ. By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't purchase or use the Product.

1. What You're Buying

The Subscriber System is a digital, self-paced video course consisting of 4 modules covering the Hook, Story, and CTA structure taught by Jamie Nyland, plus supporting materials. It is sold for a one-time payment of £47. This is a single purchase, not a subscription — you will not be charged again after your initial payment.

Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Any results, figures, or statistics referenced on our sales page or within the Product — including but not limited to subscriber growth, view counts, or revenue figures — are the personal, individual results of Jamie Nyland, achieved on his own channel, under his own specific circumstances.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same, similar, or any particular results from using the Product. Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your content, niche, effort, consistency, and platform algorithm changes. See our full Results Disclaimer for more detail.

3. Refunds — Digital Product, Instant Access

All sales are final. This Product is non-refundable once purchased.

Because the Product is digital content delivered with instant access immediately upon payment, and because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete, except where required by law.

If you're a consumer based in the UK or EU, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. By completing your purchase and choosing to access the Product immediately, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access to the Product has begun. This is a standard, lawful exception for digital content under UK and EU consumer protection law, and applies only once you have started accessing the Product.

This does not affect your other statutory rights, including your right to a Product that is as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Product — including video lessons, written materials, graphics, and the "Hook, Story, CTA" framework as taught — is owned by Nylands Media Ltd and protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, copy, or repost the Product or its contents, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these Terms are breached.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product, including loss of income, subscribers, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
